Exchange Policies

Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check your SHIPPING ADDRESS when placing your order!

Something Natural Hair is unable to change shipping information once an order is placed. This shipping system is automated. We use the information you provide so Something Natural Hair is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address.

Something Natural Hair will not issue refunds due to failed delivery attempts, returned packages or refused receipt.  

The order should arrive within 3-5 business days after you order. This is the goal. However we have no control over the USPS procedures. USPS domestic shipping can take up to 8 days due to processing delays they experience from time to time. 

Due to Covid19 we will not be accepting returns. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.


Once an order has been placed we cannot modify the shipping address nor order details.

Once the order ships you will receive the tracking information for your order. Please allow 5 business days for USPS to scan, process and deliver your product before contacting Something Natural Hair.

At certain times throughout the year Something Natural Hair's sales increase in volume and this can affect order processing times. Please allow 5 business days before contacting Something Natural Hair regarding your order.

MILITARY/APO. We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority, however, military shipments to overseas locations typically cannot be tracked, therefore, Something Natural Hair LLC will not be held responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced shipments one it is confirmed that a label has been created.

The Something Natural Hair LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged items. Refunds of damaged items are issued at our discretion.

Sometimes your order may be delayed due to certain ingredients or packaging and we ask that you understand that once we are able to fill your order we will ship it out the same day.


While we strive to answer emails in a timely manner please allow up to 48 hours for a response to all emails.
